Janhvi Kapoor who was last seen in ‘Good Luck Jerry’ is now gearing up for the release of her next film, ‘Mili’. Janhvi shared the first look posters of the film on Instagram today and they seem quite intriguing. While the first poster introduced her character – Mili Naudiyal who is a 24 year old Bsc Nursing graduate. ‘Mili’ is the official Hindi remake of the Malayalam thriller ‘Helen’.

Jahnvi shared this poster and wrote that Mili’s life is going to change. The second poster saw her freezing in cold and it read, “Frozen but not shaken.” It can be seen that she’s struggling to stay alive. That led to a lot of intrigue for the teaser. The teaser sees Jahnvi stuck in a room where she’s freezing and her struggle to survive while breaking out of it. The tagline says, “dying to survive.” ‘Mili’ is produced by Boney Kapoor and stars Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa.

‘Mili’ is a survival thriller based on true events. It’s also intriguing to see that AR Rahman has helmed the film’s music while Javed Akhtar has penned its lyrics. ‘Mili’ is directed by Mathukutty Xavier who also directed the original. The Malayalam version had Anna Ben in the titular role. ‘Helen’ was received very well while Xavier had won the ‘Best Debut Director’ Filmfare for it.

‘Mili’ is set to hit the screens on November 4.
